The British bobby was the world symbol of courtesy, professionalism, reliability and ideal policing. That standard is
slipping- and with the latest abominablee chav/SS 'uniform' (if that is what it is supposed to be) it will plummet!
Let's fight to ensure our police remain the world benchmark for civil policing.
This website is proud of our police and will demand the highest standards and likewise the most enthusiastic support
for our bobbies. Heres how you can help:
1. If you are not satisfied with the responsee of your neighbourhood police team, or neighbourhood officer, or
pcso or response unit then complain!! If they do not deal with or solve a problem or take it seriously again complain. Keep
complaining until the problem is solved. If you are not satisfied then go to the Police Authority, or the Council or Police
Complaints Commission.
2. Likewise if you see an officer poorly dressed, or loitering with hands in his pockets report him.
3. Likewise for smoking or drinking in public.
4. Should a polceman address a member of the publicwith the cheery, polite and traditional and professional " Good day
Sir, I have to to ask you about etc..." rather than the increasingly "Oi mate wot r u doing?". If yo are not satisfied
with this slovenly attitude then report it.
