3. Parents of anyone under the age of 18 who is convicted will also get a sentence- financial penalty and mandatory parental classes they have to pay for.

4. Parents will have to pay accommodation fee for any custodial sentence for their kids.

5. Anyone found guilty of drink/drugs driving involved in an accident will automatically be charged with a new crime attempted manslaughter which will have a mandatory sentence of £1000 fine & 200 hrs. community & retake of license or 2 years hard labour (in addition to whatever penalty/sentence for the actual crime itself).

6. Anyone found to have a car stereo on beyond a certain noise level gets FPN of £150 and 1 point on their license.

7, PND to be increased to £200 (from £80) , FPN to £80 (from £30).

8. All drink driving incident will result in automatic seizure and sale of vehicle. In addition to normal sentencing.

9. Passport confiscated for 5 years for anyone guilty of 2nd. offence of asb.

10. Talking on phone = impounding of car plus costs until successful retake of license plus normal sentencing.

11. Any verbal or other assault on officer to be reclassified with severe penalty as a separate offence.

12. Anyone kept in cells overnight to be charged accommodation fee of £100 + cleaning. Similar fee applies to van accommodation to station = £30. Automatic penalty.

13. All foreigners committing for any crime automatically deported on completion of sentence and re-entry barred. No appeal.

14. All foreign football hooligans and asb etc: automatic deportation. Rentry prohibited for life.

15. Burglars and intruders automatically denied any claims against householder. All rights to life and liberty denied in the case of forced entry.

16. Any person committing a drunk and disorderly offence in a bar or street for 2nd. time automatically barred from all pubs in that town for 12 months. (+ any normal fine/sentence)

17. All alcohol drinking prohibited in public places. No opened alcohol in cars. Alcohol sales prohibited from petrol stations.

18. Defacing of or damage to an historical or heritage site or public monument to be classified under a new severe crime of Cultural Treason.

19. RSPCA to be be given greater powers (possibly powers of arrest) to deal with cruely to animals. All offences to be re-categorised with stiffer penalties/prhoibitions/confiscations.

20. Penalties for people trafficking and prostitution to be upgraded to a new crime of human rights abuse/slavery. Penalty to include far longer sentences/far higher fines/confiscations of all property/hard labour etc.

21. Crown Prosecution Servcice is failing police & public. CPS: to be restricted: only in severe crime (murder/drug syndicates/severe fraud etc).  Police to have full powers & control to prosecute in all matters such as ASB, criminal damage, drink driving, minor fraud,  small-medium drug matters, weapons, etc.

22. Mobile/street cells/cages for petty criminals.

23. Neighbourhood Watches for cul-de-sacs etc to be given powers of arrest/detention etc.(concept to be reviewed for possible extension to other neighbourhoods).

24. Powers & usage of volunteers (eg Neighbourhood Watch) to be upgraded to become police auxiliary units or "local militia" as in the old days of local militias.

25. Anyone charged beyond any element of doubt to re. murder, manslaughter, rape, or serious assault of either their own children or any child in their care will be automatically sterlised and prohibited for life from having/adopting/or working with children. Plus normal sentencing/prison etc.

26. Parents of anyone under the age of 18 found to be drunk, or disorderly in a public place or under influence of drugs automatically fined/or community service plus mandatory parental classes.

27. In future, all foreigners found guilty of any crime fined/personal possessions/bank accounts  etc confiscated  and then deported. Rentry prohibited for life.

28. Change drink driving laws: no alcohol permited (or drugs) whilts driving. 

29. Oath of Loyalty (+ pass citizenship authorisation test): on reaching thr age of 18 everyone must take this Oath which shall incl. fundamental repsonsibilities re. law, citizen duties, parenthood, etc. Any fuyture breachj regarded as criminal/treasonable.

30. Anyone convicted of any anti-social behaviour must perform (in addition to fines etc)  a public duty of community service wearing identifiable jacket.

31. No benefits/state housing for single parents voluntarilly pregnant who is not married or who cannot indenify the father.

32. Automatic parenting classes for anyone who is pregnant. This must include the father. Also must include a Covenant as to responsibilities by law regarding upbringing/care/supervision/education to the age of 18.

33. Any guilty or rape will be automatically chemically castrated for a period of 5 years. Then a review. (plus normal sentencing).

34. Littering/Fly tipping:    Littering by pedestrians to be an upgraded offence. Littering from  vehicle to carry 1 point on license + £200 fine minimum. Illegal dumping/fly tipping to be higher category offence to include: 3 points on license/£1000 fine/ confiscation of vehicle/200 community hours in identifiable jacket.
